RESERVATION POLICY

Lofou house accommodates a maximum 5 people (adults & children in total). Minimum number of stay varies . 

You can arrive any day of the week.

Proceeding with booking here is only a request for reservation. Confirmation and payment details will be emailed to you once the request is received.

Upon request we can supply baby necessities (baby cot, high chair). Just let us know what you will need in advance. We welcome children to our accommodation and provide high-chair and cot-on- site, please inform us upon booking.

The house has numerous stairs, both indoors and outdoors and a steep mezzanine, therefore special parental attention is needed. 

Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out time is between 10 am. If possible we are always happy to accommodate earlier check-in and/or later check-out. Any early check-in/late check-out is always confirmed in writing.

PAYMENT DETAILS

A 35% deposit is required to secure any booking.

The remaining 65% to be paid 60 days before arrival.  We accept bank transfers and payment with REVOLUT.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit is non refundable.

It is strongly advised that you have adequate travel insurance for unexpected events that could affect your holiday.

In the event that we need to close MyLofou for whatever reason prior to your arrival we will help you find alternative accommodation of a similar standard and offer you a holiday deferment or a credit note or a full refund.

If we need to close MyLofou during your stay, we will help you find alternative accommodation and will refund you the pro-rata rate for the period remaining.

We will not be liable for any other costs whatsoever arising from this action.

PET POLICY

We are not a pet friendly property.

LIABILITY

Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.

We do not accept liability for any accident or loss from your car while on our premises, or the loss of valuables while left in the house.

We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control.
