The amazing AGRINO restaurant belongs to the Apokryfo Traditional House, just stone’s throw away from myLofou. They will gladly accept non guests for meals, and we cannot recommend them enough! Their menu is traditional Cypriot cuisine full of originality and prepared with wholesome fresh produce. The restaurant is open throughout the day. Breakfast features locally baked bread, greek yogurt, homemade preserves along with seasonal fresh fruit. Light homemade platters and salads are available for lunch. Dinner is a meze of carefully prepared wholesome dishes. After dinner drinks can be served on the terrace overlooking the village and surrounding countryside.

Costas and his family have been running the Agrovino taverna for many years and with a host of experience in Cypriot cuisine and hospitality, they have become well known right across the region. The restaurant offers a wide-ranging traditional menu, with specialities such as homemade Moussaka and Afelia being all-time favourites with many regular customers. The full Cyprus meze, which is the order of the day on Sundays, will leave you feeling as if you won’t need to eat again until the following Sunday! So, make sure you arrive hungry!

Situated in an old stone house in the centre of the village of Lofou, the taverna is cosy and warm. The menu is pre-decided for you, as Kamares offers traditional meze only, which includes a selection of around 14 Cypriot dishes, which are more than enough to please every taste! A buffet of salads and pastries complete a beautiful meal. There is a choice of indoor or outdoor sitting areas, so if you are booking make sure you note your preference. Some nights will be entertained with traditional music and dancing!

Cyprus pastries and delicacies, cheese specialities, like the traditional halloumi cheese pies, olive and spinach pies are offered both for breakfast or for snacks during the day. The owner, Fotis, is a mastermind of innovation, continuously adding new items and services. It is simply not possible to visit this special place twice and not spot something new in their selection! He will gladly take your order for door-to-door delivery if you fancy breakfast in bed or a lush picnic basket for a planned day out. Alternatively, a delicious platter will compliment your wine to enjoy a feast under the stars at myLofou balcony garden.

Who would expect to find in Lofou a beer brewery? Kyriakos, the owner, set up this small brewery to produce delicious craft beers, with delightful flavours, under the name Bes Beer. A small but miraculous brewery! Here you can experience the beer brewing process, going through all the stages of fermentation, and mixing with the special aromas of hops. In fact, at the entrance you can see a young hops plant climbing the wall. The range of beers covers light lager, wonderful IPA with active fermentation elements, but also a strong, dark beer. A must for beer lovers and not only!

A charming, rustic restaurant in the heart of the picturesque village of Omodos. The building, where the restaurant is located, belongs to the restaurant owners. It is a family property and back in the Middle Ages their ancestors, Pambos and Medea, lived here. We can safely say that this place has a Medieval atmosphere with modern spices. Here you can enjoy the splendour of classical Cypriot food! During weekends they serve delicious Cyprus meze. If you do not eat meat, do not worry, you can order fish meze instead. On weekdays To Katoi offers à la carte dishes: meat, seafood, includes mountain trout, Cyprus classics including kleftiko, and do not forget to save some space for dessert…!

Set in a location boasting incredible views all the way to Limassol, with a beautiful chapel next to the courtyard, Vouniotiko restaurant is a place that has become a popular stop for all visitors. A family-run taverna, with all members actively participating in its day-to-day operations, has created a warm and familiar atmosphere which is much loved by the locals. The scenic setting is very inviting; the food is delicious and freshly prepared. The wonderful combination of flavours are evidence that a lot of thought and love goes into preparing these Cypriot dishes. Even the Cypriot coffee is prepared traditionally on hot sand! Refreshing!

As the name suggests, the ‘Old Cinema’ (Palio Cinema) used to be just that, right up until 1980. Today it houses a taverna serving simple, traditional local fare. Don’t expect anything fancy or gourmet twists here! There’s lovely ‘makaronia tou fournou’ (oven baked pasta with minced meat), traditional sausages and pastourmas and plenty of other meze treats. Do have a glass of Zivania to wash it all down in true traditional fashion!
